<p><p><b>Role : </b>SDET<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bengaluru<br/><br/><b>Job Summary / Purpose :</b><br/><br/>We have an opportunity for SDET with ZEE Entertainment Enterprises to work and ensure product Quality.<br/><br/>As a part of Mobile QE team, you will be responsible for implementation and execution of testing to verify the functional and non-functional capability of the system.<br/><br/><b>Key Accountabilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Primary Accountabilities :</b><br/><br/>- Specialized in Automation across Mobile (iOS, Android) platforms.<br/><br/>- Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.<br/><br/>- Experience in architecting & building QA frameworks for real-time OTT applications.<br/><br/>- Evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools for different purposes<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product teams to strategies & align long term solution for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.<br/><br/>- Understanding of software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case development, test case execution, deployment and, test data, defect tracking, and test automation<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.<br/><br/><b>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :</b><br/><br/>- Identifying critical issues before application is released to production<br/><br/>- Establishing Critical Success factor to improvise the best practices on Mobile Automation<br/><br/>- Build effective Mobile Automation suites enabling faster QE cycles.<br/><br/>- Manage, resolve technical issues related to automation, streamline process, and improve efficiency as per industry standards.<br/><br/>- Create testing metrics sheet, help team leads to estimate the effectiveness of their test approach.<br/><br/><b>Education Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Essential :</b><br/><br/>- BE/ BTech in any specialization<br/><br/>- BSc/ BCA/ MCA in Computer Science/ Information Technology<br/><br/><b>Desirable : </b><br/><br/>- Good to have ISTQB level 1 or level 2<br/><br/>- Good to have any Project management Certification (PMP/Prince 2)<br/><br/><b>Work Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in mobile automation using Java and Appium.<br/><br/>- Must have commanding knowledge on Maven/Gradle/Ant/TestNG<br/><br/>- Knowledge into Android App debugging using tools like Android Studio, Charles, Appium inspector, ADB commands.<br/><br/>- Knowledge into iOS App debugging using Xcode, UI Automator.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of Mobile application Architecture and Automation framework creation.<br/><br/>- Should have sound knowledge on CICD tools (Bamboo/Jenkins) and Github webhook and actions.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Cloud Device farms like Sauce Labs, Browser Stack, Pcloudy, Lamda Test, Device Farm etc.<br/><br/>- Experienced with Agile/DevOps delivery principles and quality assurance methodologies<br/><br/>- Knowledge of GCP cloud and SaaS based environments.<br/><br/>- Specialized in analyzing business requirements and converting those into automation test scenarios and test cases<br/><br/>- Knowledge of bash, groovy scripting is a plus.<br/><br/>- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across all levels in organization<br/><br/>- Good knowledge on API tools like Postman.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrive in self-motivated internal innovation driven environment.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
