<p><p><b>Role : </b><br/><br/>Success in this role means delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications that enhance Catchpoints platform capabilities.<br/><br/>You will be expected to : <br/><br/>- Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using ReactJS.<br/><br/>- .NET Core, and SQL Server.<br/><br/>- Set technical direction and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.<br/><br/>- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver projects on time.<br/><br/>- Improve system performance and scalability to handle growing business needs.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability within the team.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Provide technical guidance to a full stack engineering team, ensuring successful delivery of features and solutions.<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain SAAS based applications using ReactJS.<br/><br/>- .NET Core, and SQL Server.<br/><br/>- Define technical standards and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Review code, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve technical expertise.<br/><br/>- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 9+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization).<br/><br/>- Solid experience with .<br/><br/>- NET Core (C#) for backend development, APIs, and microservices.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL Server : database design, performance tuning, and complex query optimization.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web security, and authentication/authorization frameworks.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and team leadership.<br/><br/>- Solid principles and design pattern.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience with Click House and Radis is added advantage<br/><br/>- Received a B.Tech /MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
