People in the team provide support for key global EY publications, campaigns and social media programs.
The Assistant Director – Content Strategy is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on content execution.
Ideal for a content leader who understands the power of storytelling and can align it with business priorities, this role demands both vision and precision.
You’ll be responsible for shaping narrative direction, leading large teams and complex projects, and delivering high-value, on-brand content that helps EY stand out in the marketplace.
You’ll also write, edit and guide editorial efforts to ensure every piece of content drives impact and reflects EY’s purpose.
You bring proven stakeholder management skills, collaborating closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, data analysts and creative partners.
Your key responsibilities
Understand business priorities and audience expectations to shape tailored content strategiesTranslate complex requirements into compelling narratives that align with business goals and brand voiceDemonstrate strong research capabilities and a deep curiosity to explore new topics, industries and trends to inform content strategyBuild tailored LinkedIn strategies, leveraging platform best practices to deliver high impact thought leadership content with distinctive points of viewAct as a strategic partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, guiding content decisions that drive business outcomesDrive the delivery of high-quality, market-leading content services across multiple formats and platformsInterpret data and report success metrics using decks and dashboards to communicate performance insights and inform strategy decisionsCreate external and internal B2B content, including newsletters, mailers, EY news articles, videos, posters, flyers and brochuresEdit content to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with organizational purpose and editorial strategyRepurpose and adapt content to suit different channels and audience segmentsProvide content and editorial management support for high-visibility EY programs and campaignsReview work of other writers and editors, and provide objective unbiased feedback Skills and attributes for success

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in English literature or mass communicationAt least 12 years of related experience Ideally, you will also have
Experience in agencies, publishing houses, large corporate environments or Big Four firmsAptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset Technologies and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat/PDF-XchangeFamiliarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Adobe Analytics, Hootsuite and others is a plusKnowledge in Project Management tools and methods What we look for
