About the Role  
We are looking for an experienced CCH Tagetik Developer & Administrator  with strong hands-on expertise in the Financial Workspace – Consolidation Application .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the CCH Tagetik environment to support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Tagetik’s underlying architecture, metadata, and financial logic.
Key Responsibilities  
System Development & Configuration  
- Design, develop, and maintain Financial Workspace Consolidation  applications in CCH Tagetik.
 
 
- Configure data models, consolidation hierarchies, rules, and validation controls  to support statutory and management reporting.
 
 
- Build and manage input forms, reports, templates, and dashboards  within Tagetik.
 
 
- Develop and maintain custom business rules, allocations, and intercompany elimination logic .
 
 
- Manage workflow configuration  for financial close processes.
 
 
System Administration & Maintenance  
- Administer user roles, profiles, and security settings.
 
 
- Monitor system performance and perform housekeeping, backups, and application health checks.
 
 
- Coordinate with support teams for patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
 
 
- Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation , including configuration notes and data flows.
 
 
Data Integration & Automation  
- Design and manage data integration processes  between Tagetik and source systems (ERP, HFM, BI tools, etc.).
 
 
- Develop and optimize ETL packages and data mappings  using Tagetik’s ETL / Integration Layer .
 
 
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness in trial balance loads, journal uploads, and mapping structures .
 
 
- Automate repetitive processes such as currency conversion, ownership changes, and consolidation runs.
 
 
Support & Continuous Improvement  
- Provide functional and technical support  to finance users during consolidation and reporting cycles.
 
 
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, consolidation logic, or report outputs .
 
 
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and process efficiency.
 
 
- Support new functionalities or updates.
 
 
Required Skills & Experience  
Technical Skills:  
- Strong expertise in CCH Tagetik Financial Workspace (Consolidation Application) .
 
 
- Hands-on experience with: 
- Data Model and Dimension setup  (Accounts, Entities, Scenarios, etc.) 
- Consolidation Rules, Intercompany Matching, Ownership Management  
- Process Workflows and Task Flows  
- Custom Tables and Validation Rules  
- Report and Matrix (Excel and Web)  
- ETL, Data Integration, and SQL scripting  
- Analytic Information Hub (AIH)  configuration and data flow management (preferred) 
- Understanding of journal entries, eliminations, and consolidation logic  in Tagetik.
 
 
Functional Knowledge:  
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes , including: 
- Group reporting, currency translation, and intercompany elimination 
- Minority interest and ownership management 
- GAAP/IFRS-based consolidation concepts 
- Ability to translate finance requirements into system configurations.
 
 
General Requirements:  
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
 
 
- Minimum 2 years of experience  in CCH Tagetik (with at least 2 years in Financial Workspace Consolidation).
 
 
- CCH Tagetik certification  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
 
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
