The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling businesses from approximately $10M to over $20M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
This role requires a unique blend of deep technical credibility, strategic vision, and commercial acumen.
You will be responsible for leading the entire technology function, turning product and engineering into direct drivers of business growth and representing the company's technical vision globally.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities & Product Strategy :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and drive the company's technical strategy to align with and accelerate business </p><p>goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that product and engineering teams are direct drivers of growth and value creation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain strong technical credibility by staying hands-on with strategic decisions related to technology stacks, including Java, Go, Python, cloud-native architectures, NoSQL, Kafka, and & Performance : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-scale, high-volume systems that handle billions of data interactions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the technology stack is robust, scalable, and resilient to support rapid growth and expanding user & Team Management : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Provide inspirational leadership to engineering and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class technology team capable of executing on the company's vision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Represent the company globally, influencing stakeholders and communicating the technology roadmap to customers, partners, and & Commercial Acumen : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and make strategic, commercially-oriented Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Core Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or AI-driven technology businesses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven success in scaling businesses, specifically from ~$10M to $20M+ Expertise : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong hands-on technical credibility with technologies such as Java, Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep experience managing high-scale, high-volume systems with billions of data interactions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with technologies like NoSQL, Kafka, and Attributes : </b></p><p><br/></p>- An exceptional leader with the ability to inspire and influence.<br/><br/></p><p>- A strategic and commercial mindset, capable of turning technology into a direct driver of business growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- An entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on ownership and ambitious Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with a public company or a late-stage startup.</p><p><br/></p>- A strong network within the technology and startup ecosystems.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
