<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><br/><p>We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to help us build and optimize our customer data ecosystem using Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS Redshift, and Marketing Cloud.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce data platforms and exposure to AWS Redshift, data modeling, and marketing automation.
This role is instrumental in driving our data-driven personalization initiatives while ensuring all practices are aligned with CIMETs ISO 27001 information security management objectives and data governance standards.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p><b>Salesforce Data Cloud Management :</b></p><br/><p>- Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution.</p><br/><p>- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources including AWS Redshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and internal operational systems.</p><br/><p>- Maintain data accuracy, schema integrity, and ingestion health through regular validation and monitoring.</p><br/><p><b>Data Integration & Activation :</b></p><br/><p>- Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud for real-time segmentation and activation.</p><br/><p>- Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes between Redshift and Salesforce ecosystems.</p><br/><p>- Enable data synchronization for audience targeting, personalized campaigns, and performance tracking.</p><br/><p><b>Customer 360 & Segmentation :</b></p><br/><p>- Develop a unified customer view by leveraging identity resolution and behavioral data models.</p><br/><p>- Define and build customer segments based on demographic, transactional, and engagement data.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to drive data-backed campaign strategies.</p><br/><p><b>Governance, Security & Compliance :</b></p><br/><p>- Ensure that all data management and processing activities comply with ISO 27001 controls, GDPR, and organizational data security policies.</p><br/><p>- Support implementation of data classification, consent management, and audit readiness processes.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with the Information Security and Data Governance teams to maintain documentation, data lineage, and risk registers related to customer data handling.</p><br/><p><b>Reporting & Optimization :</b></p><br/><p>- Partner with analytics and BI teams to create insights and dashboards from unified datasets.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance data accuracy, activation speed, and governance alignment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
