We need a Salesforce developer who can design, build, and productionize Salesforce-native AI (Einstein) capabilities and data-driven features inside the Salesforce platform.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>Were seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer who pairs strong Apex/LWC skills with practical experience enabling Salesforce AI/Einstein features (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics).
Youll help TAMS teams deliver AI-assisted workflows and insights for healthcare operations, ensuring scale, security, and compliance (HIPAA/PHI).<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Build on-platform AI features :</b><br/><br/>- Implement Einstein/Prediction Builder models and integrate predictions into record pages, flows, and LWC.<br/><br/>- Configure Next Best Action strategies with invocable actions and decisioning rules.<br/><br/>- Use Einstein Discovery/CRM Analytics to surface prescriptive insights in Salesforce.<br/><br/>- Leverage Data Cloud (if in-scope) for profile unification, calculated insights, and activations.<br/><br/><b>Application development :</b><br/><br/>- Design and develop Apex (triggers, classes, REST), LWC, and Flows with test coverage and guardrails.<br/><br/>- Create scalable, reusable components to consume AI outputs (scores, recommendations) in UI and automation.<br/><br/><b>Data and integration :</b><br/><br/>- Build robust API integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) with enterprise systems (eligibility, claims, provider, care/UM).<br/><br/>- Partner with data teams on feature engineering, data contracts, data quality, and monitoring for AI use cases.<br/><br/><b>Governance & DevOps :</b><br/><br/>- Follow HIPAA/PHI handling, Salesforce Shield/data masking where applicable, and least-privilege patterns.<br/><br/>- Use SFDX/Git-based CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and proper branching/release management.<br/><br/><b>Quality & Observability :</b><br/><br/>- Establish test strategies (unit/integration/UAT), monitoring, bias checks for predictions, and result explainability.<br/><br/>- Document solution designs, runbooks, and KT for TAMS support teams.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 5- 8+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Platform Events) with enterprise-scale releases.<br/><br/>Hands-on with Salesforce AI/Einstein in production (at least two of) :<br/><br/>- Prediction Builder (end-to-end: dataset, labels, model deployment, embedding predictions in flows/LWC)<br/><br/>- Einstein Discovery / CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) (stories, what-if analysis, prescriptions)<br/><br/>- Next Best Action (strategy builder, action frameworks)<br/><br/>- Data Cloud (data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, activations)<br/><br/>- Strong API/integration skills (Apex callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0; middleware familiarity a plus).<br/><br/>- Proven experience in healthcare domain (payer/provider), or similarly regulated industries; working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI safeguards.<br/><br/>- Solid CI/CD with SFDX and Git; code quality tooling; automated tests (?75% coverage with meaningful assertions).<br/><br/>- Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
