                This is a remote position.Essential Functions  Deploys, migrates, and documents post-sales engagement with customers based on ConvergeOne best practices  Assists in the delivery of support and services to customers expectations as proposed  Participates in the design, implementation and administration of Cisco infrastructure and related solutions  Utilizes knowledge of architectural design and documentation  Troubleshoots high end issues with networking, security and wireless infrastructures  Assists in determining specific customer network requirements  Assists in developing specific network, security and wireless solutions  Assists in developing detailed implementation plans  Conducts in-depth design concepts  Customer facing / presentation skills  Documentation skills  ability to deliver high-level design documentation  Excellent verbal / written communication skills  Ability to work extended hours as needed for critical functions  Ability to document business, information, application and technology aspects of approach  Candidate must have ability to lead complex large projects Required Qualifications  BS/BAs degree in IT or related field (Industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree)  Minimum of 5-10 years of documented corporate IT experience in enterprise networking solutions is required  Candidate must also have excellent communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and customer service skills  Additionally the candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once  Must have extensive knowledge of networking solutions including infrastructure LAN/WAN, network security, and enterprise wireless  Expert knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and Static routing  Extensive knowledge designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VLANs using CISCO equipment, to include intimate knowledge of Spanning Tree Protocol, inter-VLAN routing, IPv4 and IPv6 and trunking with 802.1q  Expert knowledge of enterprise WAN technologies including DMVPN, MPLS, DIA, IPSec/GRE tunnel solutions  In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS, NXOS, VxLAN and other technical configurations  Experience with network analysis tools such as Wireshark  Stays up to date with current Cisco Enterprise networking technologies (Nexus, Catalyst, Meraki)  Stays up to date with Enterprise networking manufacturers programs and promotions  Deployment experience with Cisco wireless implementations including Meraki, WLC and APs  Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities  Travels to customer locations, conferences, meetings and events as needed Desired/Preferred Qualifications  Cisco Certified Systems Engineer (CCIE)  IT Consulting/ VAR experience a plus  In-depth knowledge of QOS a plus  Juniper/Extreme/Aruba networking experience a plus  Knowledge of Load Balancing systems (F5, Netscaler)  Implementation experience with DNAC/SDA/SDWan a plus  Security knowledge is a plus (ASA, FTD, Stealthwatch, ISE, AMP)

Required Qualifications • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Extensive background in Contact Center Application Development or applicable industry experience • Work experience must include technical consulting, solution design, leadership, planning, design, development, deployment, and highly complex integrations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional client relationship skills • Ability to work in a delivery environment that involves structured processes and flexible timelines • Strong experience with a major programming language like Java or C# • Experience with SQL query and stored procedure development • Experience with REST API calls and Web Service development • Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release management process Desired/Preferred Qualifications • Cisco Certifications are preferred (UCCE Specialist, UCCX, CCNA, CCNP, etc.) • Experience with Omnichannel applications (ECE, Outbound Option, SocialMiner, etc.) • Experience performing Cisco UCCE Script Design and Deployment • Experience with a diagramming tool like Visio, Matlab, LabView, etc.
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE • Familiarity with Web Development • Familiarity and exposure to Report Customization with CUIC, Exony, Aceyus, etc.
• Familiarity and exposure to any Cisco 3rd party products (i.e., Calabrio, eGain VIM, Verint, Nice, Nuance, etc.) Supervisory Responsibility None Travel Less than 30% Work Environment Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
