This work-from-office role is crucial for our business development efforts, focusing on connecting with prospective clients, building strong professional relationships, and driving company growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Client Relationship Management and Engagement<br/><br/>- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with both prospective new clients and existing portfolio accounts.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction and continuous engagement.<br/><br/>- Represent the organization with confidence and professionalism in all interactions and communications.<br/><br/>- Needs Assessment and Solution Offering<br/><br/>- Actively engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs and strategic challenges.<br/><br/>- Analyze client requirements and effectively offer appropriate solutions aligned with Spectral Consultants' core services.<br/><br/>- Maintain meticulous client communication records and follow-ups within the CRM system to ensure continuity and excellent service.<br/><br/>- Business Development and Growth<br/><br/>- Support business development initiatives and actively contribute to the company's growth targets.<br/><br/>- Identify new opportunities within the existing client base and prospective markets.<br/><br/>- Experience: Mandatory 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales support, or business development.<br/><br/>- Education: Mandatory Postgraduate degree (MBA).<br/><br/>- Qualities: Must be confident, proactive, and client-focused with a positive attitude.<br/><br/>- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to engage with clients and support business growth.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
