Roles and Responsibilities:


● Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing

their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.

● Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products

and services to clients.

● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through

regular communication and meetings.

● Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of

client projects and campaigns.

● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify

trends, and provide insights to clients.

● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance,

and client feedback.

● Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term

partnerships.

● Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and

effectively.


Desired skills & experience:


● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related

field.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects

simultaneously.

● Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in account management, or a related role.
