With a steady flow of inbound leads from our website, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings with leads
  • Present company capabilities and services through pitch decks and customized presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and prepare proposals
  • Manage the proposal process end-to-end, including pricing and timeline discussions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for leads and clients during the pre-sales process
  • Maintain ongoing communication with leads in the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Provide light account management support as deals transition into active projects


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling for a web design or digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of WordPress and open-source web technologies
