Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead business growth and client engagement initiatives within our Product Engineering and Consulting Services practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital transformation, software development, and consulting-led solutioning, with a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in product engineering and consulting domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client business goals and challenges to position appropriate engineering and consulting solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft customized proposals and presentations.
- Manage revenue forecasts, pipeline tracking, and business reporting.
- Maintain deep market intelligence and competitive insights across target industries.
- For the Account Manager role (10+ yrs): Lead strategic account planning, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field;
MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years (BDE) or 10+ years (Account Manager) of experience in business development or account management in product engineering, IT services, or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving new revenue streams.
- Strong understanding of software product lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with global clients across US, Europe, or APAC markets is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
