Job Description
<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and custom objects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure best practices are followed for coding, testing, and deployment Skills and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 45 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning framework and Salesforce Sales Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, and other Salesforce development technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, including customizations, workflows, and data management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical Skills and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control systems such as Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
