Core Technical & Domain Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud modernization of ETL pipelines 
 - Strong data debugging skills and deep understanding of enterprise analytics stack 
 - Proven track record with at least one hyperscaler analytic environment with either (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
 - Informatica (IDMC/CDGC) preferred; 
 must be strong on IDMC or any leading cloud ETL tool. - Demonstrated ability to pick up new technologies quickly and apply best practices for delivery centers.
 
Leadership Experience
- Minimum 10+ years in IT project delivery leadership roles, ideally technical leads aspiring for or having experience as offshore center leads.
 - Prior experience managing and delivering successful cloud modernization projects for North American clients.
 - Strong ability to proactively solve problems, plan and report status, and deliver on time and under budget.
 
Location & Collaboration
- Candidates may live anywhere, but must be willing to work at least 6 hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
 - Must have a background in leading client calls, managing escalations, and engaging effectively with North American stakeholders.
 
Business Outcomes & KPIs
- Proven experience managing project budgets, reducing delivery delays, and accelerating migration velocity.
 
Communication & Soft Skills
- Ability to lead technical client discussions, communicate with executive stakeholders, and politely push back as needed.
 - Collaborative team mindset, strong status reporting, and a proactive approach to anticipating and overcoming delivery risks managing a twenty five member team
 - Responsible for hiring and firing team members
 
Certifications & Tools
- Experience with Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake; 
 cloud platform certification(s) preferred. 
Start Date & Notice Period
- Immediate start is preferred; 
 up to one-month notice period considered.
