accelerating engineering maturity
across environments through
IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes operations, observability and FinOps .
You will also

A transparent engineering backlog for shared platform work (multi-practice), with clear SLAs/SLOs and a steady burndown velocity.
Production Reliability:
Stable and secure operations of AI Chat Bot, Internal AI enhanced productivity and Ops experience platforms, and future AI services with robust runbooks, on call readiness, change discipline, and incident postmortems.
Engineering Maturity:
Measurable adoption of
Terraform/Tofu, CloudFormation, Ansible ,
Git based CI/CD , and
observability
across non-prod and prod environments.

What You’ll Do
Platform Operations & Support
Run day-to-day platform operations for
AI Chat Bot, AI Enhanced Ops platforms, and future AI services
(availability, performance, cost, security, change/incident, and DR drills).
Establish production grade monitoring, alerting, tracing, dashboards, SLOs, and error budgets, drive observability by default.
Maintain configuration, patching, upgrades, backup/restore, and environment hygiene across cloud and Kubernetes layers with strong documentation and runbooks.
Engineering Enablement (IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes)

CI/CD

platform
and
application
teams (automated testing, security gates, and release orchestration).

Kubernetes
(cluster lifecycle, addons, namespaces, network/security policies, scaling, upgrades, multi env promotions), guide teams on container and Helm best practices.

pattern catalogues, accelerators, runbooks, and best practices
for platform engineering and developer enablement.
