<p><p><b>Job Title:</b> Business Development Manager.<br/><br/> <b>Experience:</b> 5+ Years.<br/><br/> <b>Location:</b> Remote, India.<br/><br/> <b>Timings:</b> USA time zone.<br/><br/> <b>Job Description:</b><br/><br/> <b>About Cloudely:</b><br/><br/> Cloudely is a dynamic and rapidly growing provider of Salesforce CRM implementation services across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Conga CLM and CPQ solutions.<br/><br/> We help organizations optimize their customer engagement, streamline business processes, and drive revenue growth through innovative cloud-based solutions.<br/><br/> Our expertise spans across multi-cloud Salesforce environments, helping clients implement tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.<br/><br/> We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business development, manage relationships with key clients, and work closely with our sales and technical teams to create value-driven solutions.<br/><br/> If you are passionate about Salesforce and Conga products, have a proven sales track record, and enjoy mentoring teams, wed love to hear from you!<br/><br/> <b>Role Overview:</b><br/><br/> As a Business Development Manager at Cloudely, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, managing sales cycles, and ensuring the success of new clients.<br/><br/> You will work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies and solutions that address customer needs and drive long-term growth.<br/><br/> Additionally, you will mentor junior sales reps and business development interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/> <b>Lead Generation & Sales:</b><br/><br/> - Proactively identify and target new business opportunities for Salesforce multi-cloud implementations, as well as Conga CLM and CPQ solutions.<br/><br/> - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals.<br/><br/> - Conduct in-depth needs assessments, product demos, and presentations to potential clients, aligning solutions to their specific business goals.<br/><br/> - Build and develop relationships with the sales team of salesforce, conga, Workato, servicenow & other emerging - Manage co-selling activities with SEs and BDRs in setting the quotas and helping them attain.<br/><br/> <b>Sales Cycle Management:</b><br/><br/> - Drive the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.<br/><br/> - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, ensuring consistent revenue growth.<br/><br/> - Work closely with internal teams (Salesforce consultants, implementation specialists, etc.) to tailor solutions for clients and ensure smooth project transitions post-sale.<br/><br/> <b>Mentorship & Team Development:</b><br/><br/> - Mentor junior sales representatives and business development interns to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.<br/><br/> - Provide coaching on best practices in prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.<br/><br/> - Contribute to creating a collaborative and high-performing sales environment through training and continuous development.<br/><br/> <b>Market & Product Expertise:</b><br/><br/> - Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud& other) and Conga solutions (CPQ, CLM), staying current on product updates and new releases.<br/><br/> - Leverage your product knowledge to create compelling proposals and help clients understand the value of Salesforce and Conga solutions.<br/><br/> <b>Networking & Relationship Building:</b><br/><br/> - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.<br/><br/> - Utilize your network within the Salesforce ecosystem to generate leads and promote Cloudelys services.<br/><br/> - Attend industry events, webinars, and networking activities to increase Cloudelys visibility and create new business opportunities.<br/><br/> <b>Collaboration with Marketing & Leadership:</b><br/><br/> - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified leads.<br/><br/> - Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline progression to senior leadership.<br/><br/> - Offer feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform Cloudelys strategic direction.<br/><br/> <b>Qualifications:</b><br/><br/> <b>Experience:</b><br/><br/> - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within Salesforce implementation or related cloud technologies.<br/><br/> - Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and winning new business.<br/><br/> - Prior experience with Salesforce solutions or related technologies is highly preferred.<br/><br/> - Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.<br/><br/> - Experience mentoring and coaching junior sales staff or interns to success.<br/><br/> <b>Skills:</b><br/><br/> - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.<br/><br/> - Strong networking abilities with established relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.<br/><br/> - Ability to understand complex technical solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.<br/><br/> - Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to meet sales targets.<br/><br/> - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.<br/><br/> <b>Certifications (Preferred but not required):</b><br/><br/> - Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications.<br/><br/> - Experience or certifications in Conga CPQ, CLM, or other Conga products are a plus.<br/><br/> <b>Other:</b><br/><br/> - Willingness to work in USA time zones.<br/><br/> - Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.<br/><br/> -
