Since its inception, the CloudFronts team has successfully served over 500+ small and medium-sized clients all over the world such as North America, Europe, Australia, Maldives & India with diverse experiences in sectors ranging from Professional services, Finances, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, F&B, Retail, Logistics, Energy, Automotive and non-profits.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Description 7+ Years Experience as an implementation consultant in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferably in a global/multi-country scenario.<br/><br/>- At least 3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 F&O.<br/><br/>- Strong collaboration and teamwork.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 Finance & other modules.<br/><br/>- Analyse, plan, configure, test, and implement D365 F&O Modules.<br/><br/>- Assist the business users in defining the business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).<br/><br/>- Work with AX / D365 F&O Technical team members and assist them with customization.<br/><br/>- Work with Project Team on AX / D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support.<br/><br/>- Strong background in taking care of ticket-based support with predefined SLA.<br/><br/>- Educate and train the Key Users for F&O implementation.<br/><br/>- Handhold support to customers during UAT, Go Live and Hype care phase.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and business practices.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of project implementation methodology.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and system design.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Data upload using Excel templates.<br/><br/>- Team Management with experience in preparing learning plans for team members.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
