Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Code Takeover Lead with a proven track record of driving strategic accounts and converting competitor-managed clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities to transition existing customer systems to our solutions, ensuring seamless migration and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-value takeover opportunities from competitors’ existing systems or solutions.
- Develop deep understanding of competitors’ products, market positioning, and customer pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to influence purchase decisions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for code takeover opportunities, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design migration strategies that minimize risk and disruption.
- Present compelling value propositions, ROI analysis, and migration plans to senior stakeholders.
- Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and takeover success metrics to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on takeover strategies, competitor analysis, and client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or technical pre-sales.
- Proven experience in competitive account takeover, migration, or conversion projects.
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific technologies or solutions] (e.G., CRM, ERP, IT services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at C-level.
- Ability to analyze competitor offerings and develop effective counter-strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with migration tools, technical integration, and implementation processes.
- Professional certifications in sales, account management, or relevant technical domains.
