<p><p><b>Senior MERN Stack Developer</b><br/><br/><b>The Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>As a Fullstack Engineer with leadership responsibilities, youll take charge of user-facing platform initiatives while also contributing across the backend and systems layers.
You will work closely with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to deliver high-performance products in a fast-paced, iterative environment.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the frontend and backend architecture and implementation across multiple products/projects and interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with backend engineers, smart contract developers, and product designers to define and execute on product goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Help shape engineering processes, code standards, and development workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work hands-on in the stack where needed - including backend services and real-time infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with stakeholders across tech and business functions to ensure feature alignment and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with the latest developments in MERN stack and related technologies.<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in Next.js, Node.js, with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with NestJS, Redis, WebSockets, and Kafka in production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfort working alongside or integrating with smart contract logic (Move or equivalent).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of performance optimization and web security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in a high-ownership, cross-functional role - ideally in fast-moving or startup settings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to trading platforms, real-time data visualization, or DeFi protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building or maintaining component libraries/design systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Background in leading small-to-mid-sized engineering teams or projects.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
