<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle ERP Specialist :</b> 3 - 6 Years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Gurgaon / Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Employment Type</b> Full-Time<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> 30 Days (Maximum)<br/><br/><b>Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oracle ERP Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our technology team in Gurgaon or Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional background, capable of bridging the gap between business requirements and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
This role is crucial for the successful implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our core Oracle ERP systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>System Implementation & Configuration :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead or actively participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite - EBS), including Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Solution Design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and set up Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.) to align with end-to-end business processes.<br/><br/><b>Technical Development & Customization :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop, maintain, and enhance RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions/Customizations) components using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, or ADF/VBCS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle ERP and other internal/external systems using technologies like FBDI, ADFDI, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).<br/><br/><b>Support & Maintenance :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for production issues, troubleshooting complex problems related to data, processes, and system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and apply system patches, upgrades, and quarterly updates (especially for Cloud versions).<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Training :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test scripts (Unit, SIT, UAT), and user manuals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Process Improvement :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize business processes and leverage new Oracle ERP features for increased efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP (EBS or Cloud) as a Techno-Functional :</b> Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.<br/><br/><b>Functional Expertise :</b> Strong working knowledge and implementation experience in at least 2-3 core Oracle ERP modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, Core HR).<br/><br/><b>Technical Proficiency (Mandatory) :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and custom development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher or OTBI/FRS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with data conversion and integration tools like FBDI or ADFDI.<br/><br/><b>- Analytical Skills :</b> Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to resolve complex system issues.<br/><br/><b>- Communication :</b> Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Certifications :</b> Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud/EBS Specialist) are a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
