<p><p><b>Role :</b> Salesforce Developer<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 3 to 8 Years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore / Pune (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid)<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> Max 30 Days</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Pune.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
You will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM capabilities, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and driving digital transformation across our business Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Development & Customization : Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.</p><p><br/>- Configuration : Implement declarative solutions using standard Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder (or Flow Migrations), Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and other configuration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration : Lead and execute complex integration projects between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Design : Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, robust technical designs that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices and governor limits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Quality Assurance : Write comprehensive Apex Test Classes for all new code and participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaboration : Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, gather requirements, and ensure timely project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><p><br/>- Maintenance & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform system maintenance, and continuously optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Documentation : Create and maintain technical design documents, release notes, and operational Skills and Qualifications Skills (Must-Have) :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience : 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Core Languages : Mastery in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods) and SOQL/SOSL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Front-End : Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning framework, </p><p>including Aura Components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Declarative Tools : Proficient in Salesforce configuration and automation tools, including Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Schedule-Triggered) and Validation Rules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Web Technologies : Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Management : Expertise in Salesforce data model design, data migration, and data integrity best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Tools : Experience with development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce DX, Git, and version control Qualifications (Good-to-Have) :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for Salesforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Lightning Experience (LEX) Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with technical peers and non technical business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Join Us?</b></p><p><br/></p>- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and high-impact projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture in major tech hubs, Bangalore/Pune.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Clear career progression path to Senior Developer and Architect roles.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
