<p><p><b>Description:</b><br/><br/>About the Role:<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Partner Alliances Manager to spearhead strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).<br/><br/>This role is critical in driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and long-term value creation across our cloud and AI services ecosystem.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and scaling partnerships that accelerate revenue, expand solution offerings, and enhance brand positioning in the Indian and global markets.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with leading CSPs and ISVs to drive joint business outcomes.<br/><br/>- Own day-to-day partner engagement, including pipeline reviews, QBRs, enablement, and co-marketing campaigns.<br/><br/>- Identify co-innovation opportunities and drive technical alignment with product and engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Navigate partner programs (e.g., AWS APN, Microsoft Partner Network, Google Cloud Partner Advantage) and optimize for incentives, funding, and visibility.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to activate joint GTM strategies.<br/><br/>- Track partnership performance through KPIs, partner-sourced revenue, and ROI of joint initiatives.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or strategic business development roles in the cloud or SaaS ecosystem.<br/><br/>- Proven success working with global cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading ISVs.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of cloud-native solutions, data platforms, and AI/ML technologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- MBA is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have:</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with partner programs, funding mechanisms (MDF, MAP, etc.), and cloud marketplaces.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth services company with global delivery models.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of vertical-specific use cases in Retail & Consumer Goods, Travel, Transportation, & Logistics, Healthcare & Life Sciences, High-Tech & Manufacturing, or BFSI.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us?:</b><br/><br/>- Be a key part of a fast-growing AI and Cloud transformation company.<br/><br/>- Work closely with industry leaders and innovative partners.<br/><br/>- Flexibility to work remotely with a global team.<br/><br/>Location: India (Remote/Hybrid).<br/><br/>Experience: 8+ years.<br/><br/>Function: Partnerships & Alliances.<br/><br/>Industry: Cloud Services / Software / ISVs.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
