<p><p><b>Role :</b> Service Now CSM Developer.<br/><br/><b>Duration :</b> 6 months.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Remote.<br/><br/><b>Shift Timings :</b> In EST 9am to 6pm / In IST 6.30pm to 3.30pm.<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> Immediate Joiner Only.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5- 8 Years.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong QA experience to join our team on a contract basis.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with solid experience in quality assurance and testing processes.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform QA activities including test planning, test case development, regression testing, and defect management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization across ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and support ongoing enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create technical documentation, release notes, and test scripts.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, integrations).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in QA/testing methodologies within ServiceNow projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools for ServiceNow (e.g., ATF).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and third-party tool integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of ITSM/CSM processes and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CISCSM, CAD, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)<br/><br/><b>NOTE :</b> There will be an AI tool that the selected candidates would need to install in the system, that would monitor all the working 8 hrs</p><p><br/></p><p>An avatar of the candidate will be created, so essentially whatever the candidate will do during the working hours the avatar will copy it.<br/>Absolutely no moonlighting to be entertained at all.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
