<p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Connected Services Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end connectivity solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>The role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership to define scalable, secure, and high-performing connected ecosystems.</p><p><br/>The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IoT, cloud integration, network protocols, telematics, and enterprise system connectivity, with proven experience in delivering large-scale connected platforms.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Own the end-to-end architecture of connected services, ensuring seamless integration between devices, cloud platforms, applications, and enterprise systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define the technical roadmap and standards for E2E connectivity solutions, covering data flow, APIs, security, scalability, and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, cloud, security, and business stakeholders) to design and deliver next-generation connected ecosystems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and recommend technologies, protocols, and tools to enhance connectivity and improve customer experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks while designing connected services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive system integration with 3rd party services, OEM platforms, telecom providers, and cloud ecosystems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform architecture reviews, technical validation, and provide guidance to engineering teams on connectivity-related topics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and lead solution prototyping for innovative connectivity use cases.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture with at least 45 years in connected services / IoT / telematics platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in end-to-end connectivity solutions, including : <br/><br/></p><p>a.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>b.
IoT/telemetry protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/REST, WebSockets).<br/><br/></p><p>c.
Telecom/5G/LTE connectivity.<br/><br/></p><p>d.
API management and integration frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of security protocols, data encryption, and privacy standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in system integration, scalability, and high-availability architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience in automotive connected services, smart mobility, or IoT platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to AI/ML-driven connectivity use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or IoT platforms</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
