Role and Responsibilities:
● Analyze data originated from various data sources in order to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, using statistical and data analysis techniques
● Create, design, and develop reports and dashboards using reporting and data visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or custom-built solutions
● Manage and improve internal reporting capabilities of the team and updating the leadership on the same.
● Manage the team's tickets queue, looking for long open tickets of the customers and taking a proactive approach.
● Collect and extract data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and software applications
● Generate ad hoc reports and analyses in response to specific business questions or requests
● The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of client deliverables and client ad-hoc requests, internally.
● Develop and implement automated reporting processes to streamline and improve reporting efficiency
● Generate weekly and daily KPI reports
You may be a good fit if you have:
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients.
● Minimum 3 years of experience.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to analyze and manage large sets of interconnected data and information.
● Works well in a fast-paced environment, while being able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
● Can-do attitude with high customer service orientation
