<p></p><p>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Implementation & Configuration : Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrations : Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations between Workday and third-party systems using </p><p><br/></p><p>- Workday's native integration tools.
This includes :</p><p><ul><li>Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)</li><li>Cloud Connectors (CC)</li><li>Workday Studio</li><li>Utilizing XML/XSLT for data transformations.</li></ul></p><p>- Reporting & Analytics : Create, maintain, and optimize a wide variety of Workday reports and dashboards, including </p><p>Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and BIRT Reports, leveraging calculated fields to deliver actionable business insights.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshooting & Support : Act as a subject matter expert for Workday technical issues, providing production support, troubleshooting data and system problems, and delivering timely resolutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Security & Access Control : Configure and manage Workday security roles, permissions, and domain security policies to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal and external regulations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.</p><p><br/></p><p>- System Maintenance : Stay up-to-date with Workday's bi-annual releases, managing system updates and new feature implementations.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Technical Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>Workday Expertise :</p><p><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of Workday's core modules, particularly Workday HCM.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Workday Studio for building complex integrations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Cloud Connectors.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong command of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Workday Web Services & Scripting : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with XML and XSLT for data manipulation and transformation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Databases : Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Methodologies : Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
