<p><p><b>Job Description Planning and Strategy :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios and prioritize testing efforts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define test objectives, scope, and deliverables for each Execution and Automation :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design and execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and usability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and track them using bug tracking systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve identified Scalability tests :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Execute load tests for system performance validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers on test runs, bottlenecks and blockers that are identified during performance Improvement :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and architecture to improve testability and and Reporting :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Generate regular reports on testing progress, test coverage, and defect metrics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate testing results, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Mandatory</b> : 7 + years of working proficiency test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, ReadyApi, JMeter, Azure Load :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in at least one language (e.g., .Net , C#,Playwright) for writing automation scripts.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer, preferably in a software development environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Postman for API testing.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with relational database testing and to HAVE</b> :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).</p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p><br/>- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
