<p><p><b>About the Team You will Join : </b></p><p><br/>Credera, trading as TA Digital, is a global consulting firm that combines transformational consulting capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and AI and technology expertise to deliver valuable customer experiences and accelerated growth across a broad range of industries worldwide.<br/><br/>Our one-of-a-kind global boutique approach means we provide our clients with tailored solutions unique to their organization that can scale due to our extensive footprint.<br/><br/>As a values-led organization, our mission is to make an extraordinary impact on our clients, our people, and our community.<br/><br/>We believe it is this approach that has allowed us to work with and transform the most influential brands and organizations in the world, from strategy through to execution.<br/><br/></p><p>We are part of the OPMG Group of Companies, a division of Omnicom Group Inc.<br/><br/></p><p><b>What You Will Do : </b><br/><br/>As a Salesforce Developer at TA Digital (Credera), you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of intricate Salesforce solutions aligned with our client's business objectives.<br/><br/>Collaborating closely with the Development Manager and team, you'll utilize agile methodologies to deliver robust solutions.<br/><br/>Whether as a team player or individual contributor, you'll work towards achieving business objectives set by the Enterprise Services team, ensuring the delivery of Salesforce projects with advanced technical expertise and adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to understand complex requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/>- Design and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the sales process.<br/><br/>- Customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.<br/><br/>- Perform data migration and integration tasks as needed.<br/><br/>- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features.<br/><br/>- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.<br/><br/>- Take ownership, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Interact with team members to deliver fast and reliable code, contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on various projects.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Technical Skills you bring in : </b><br/><br/>- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience in Sales, Service and CPQ cloud platforms.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce administration.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, advanced Approval Process, Contract Management, Amendment and Renewal.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.<br/><br/>, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/>- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Professional Attributes You Possess : </b><br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment;
