<p><p>Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Gurugram.</p><br/><p>Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days per week from Office).</p><br/><p>Shift Timings : 5 : 30 AM 2 : 30 PM, IST.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About the role : </b></p><br/><p>We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our RUN support team, focused on delivering 16x7 mobile application support for global customers.

This role requires a highly skilled and proactive professional with strong expertise in iOS development (Swift & SwiftUI), MVVM pattern, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and JavaScript.

You will be part of a rotating shift team responsible for ensuring system uptime, performance, and rapid incident resolution.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document iOS application issues in a production support setting.</p><br/><p>- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA), providing timely resolutions.</p><br/><p>- Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance across a suite of customer-facing applications.</p><br/><p>- Monitor and respond to incidents, outages, and system alerts within a 16x7 support model (9 am ET to 11 pm PT).</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time across iOS applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to stabilize, maintain, and improve existing mobile features.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to improving tooling, monitoring, and operational efficiency.</p><br/><p>- Write and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) reports and suggest long-term fixes for recurring issues.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to and help coordinate 16x7 support coverage, including shift handovers and escalation awareness.</p><br/><p>- Assist in the automation of monitoring and alerting systems to improve operational efficiency.</p><br/><p>- Participate in rotational on-call or flexible shift support schedules as required by the 16x7 operation.</p><br/><p>- Assist in identifying and resolving iOS issues in production : </b></p><br/><p>- 5+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.</p><br/><p>- Expertise in iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM pattern and experience with Xcode and related tools.</p><br/><p>- Experience with Apple App Store submission and review process.</p><br/><p>- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including debugging and cross-platform troubleshooting.</p><br/><p>- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, deployment, and monitoring tools.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Firebase, Cloud Functions, or other GCP-native technologies.</p><br/><p>- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and log analysis.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience in production support, SRE, or DevOps roles, ideally in high-availability environments.</p><br/><p>- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 16x7 operations.</p><br/><p>- Proficient in English (written and verbal).</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- Experience with RESTful APIs, mobile app deployment, and cloud-native architectures.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to React or Node.js is a plus.</p><br/><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.</p><br/><p>- Experience working with global, multicultural teams.</p><br/><p><b>Professional Attributes You Possess : </b></p><br/><p>- Excellent communication.</p><br/><p>- Making decisions and solving problems involving varied levels of complexity, ambiguity and.</p><br/><p>- Providing a "win-win" environment to inspire, attract and develop the best.</p><br/><p>- Boosting teams and individuals' potential to improve their engagement, performance and career.</p><br/><p>- Questioning conventional approaches, exploring alternatives and responding to challenges with innovative solutions or services, using intuition, experimentation, expertise and fresh.</p><br/><p>- Problem Solving Attitude and Passion to solve Customer.</p><br/><p>- Facilitating efficiency, speed and simplification in all.</p><br/><p>- Adapting to market changes and competitive pressures and enables fast.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrating passion for our business and constant hunger for outstanding.</p><br/><p><b>Hybrid Work Model : </b></p><br/><p>Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams.

This could be at a Credera office or at the client site.
