<p>We are hiring ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Developers and Leads for exciting Banking & Financial Services domain projects based in Pune (Kharadi) - Hybrid Mode.<br/><br/> These roles are ideal for professionals with 5+ years of hands-on ORMB experience who want to be part of high-impact, next-gen financial technology transformation initiatives.<br/><br/> Role : ORMB Developer / Techno-Functional Lead.<br/><br/> Location : Pune (Hybrid).<br/><br/> Experience : 5 - 10 Years.<br/><br/><b> Job Responsibilities : <br/></b><br/>- Design, develop, configure, and implement ORMB solutions for complex billing and revenue management.<br/><br/>- Work on pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing modules of ORMB.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Drive design decisions, solution delivery, and mentoring of teams as a techno-functional lead (for senior roles).<br/><br/>- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL procedures, functions, and packages to support ORMB implementations.<br/><br/>- Support end-to-end SDLC including development, testing, deployment, and production support.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues in a timely manner.<br/><br/>- Provide technical and functional documentation including design specifications, configurations, and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in ORMB implementation and development.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of ORMB configurations, billing workflows, and enterprise-grade integration.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE for ORMB extensions/customizations.<br/><br/>- Exposure to financial products, billing processes, and transaction processing systems.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Background : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain projects.<br/><br/>- Exposure to large-scale ORMB implementations & techno-functional roles.<br/><br/>- Ability to mentor teams and guide technical design decisions.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us?
