<p><p>We are looking for a skilled LLM / GenAI & Machine Learning Expert who can drive innovative AI/ML solutions and spearhead the development of advanced GenAI-powered applications.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be a strong Python programmer with hands-on experience in both traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI, including experience with AWS SageMaker, LLMs, and related tools and frameworks.<br/><br/>This role demands not only technical excellence but also strong communication skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.<br/><br/>Exposure to emerging concepts like multi-agent collaboration, Memory-Context-Planning (MCP), and agent-to-agent workflows is highly desirable.</p><p><br/></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the design and development of GenAI/LLM and ML-based products and solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with AWS SageMaker for model training, deployment, and scaling of ML/GenAI workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and support junior engineers in implementing GenAI and ML solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build custom LLM workflows using Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply advanced paradigms such as Memory-Context-Planning, agent-to-agent collaboration, and autonomous agent design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Research and prototype new ideas and stay current with evolving GenAI/ML trends.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align AI/LLM use cases with business Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 5+ years of total software development experience, with a strong foundation in Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI and Machine Learning, including real-world implementation and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using AWS SageMaker for ML/LLM model development and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep familiarity with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, and LLaMA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, tokenization, and embedding-based search.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with tools and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to agent frameworks and multi-agent orchestration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members in both GenAI and ML & Benefits :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Competitive Compensation and Benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Half Yearly Appraisals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Friendly Environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work-life Balance.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5 days working.<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexible office timings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Employee-friendly leave policies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
