CRM Application QA Specialist Job Opening In Hyderabad – Now Hiring LTIMindtree


Job description

Role: Veeva CRM - Testing

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Location: Pan India

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications
  • Validate workflows including approval chains content publishing and analytics tracking
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
  • Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans JIRA or similar
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations eg FDA GxP during testing cycles
  • Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution
  • Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger Fiddler or browser developer tools

Required Skills

  • Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules eg Veeva RIM Vault MedComms
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms Azure preferred
  • Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium Cucumber and scripting languages Java Groovy
  • Knowledge of analytics validation and cross browser platform testing
