<p><p>Were looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to help build and enhance a <br/>lead management platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The candidate will work <br/>closely with other developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to implement <br/>automation, streamline integrations, and ensure a seamless lead lifecycle experience.
The <br/>ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM automation, workflow <br/>orchestration, BI reporting, and system integration, with a passion for driving business <br/>outcomes through intelligent customer engagement.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design and implement lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows in <br/>Dynamics 365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules to align <br/>with business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Dynamics 365 process <br/>flows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate CRM with external systems (e.g., marketing platforms, ERP, web forms, <br/>APIs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across the CRM ecosystem.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and business teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor system performance and continuously optimize for scalability and usability.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, <br/>Marketing, and Customer Insights).</p><p><br/>- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CRM integrations (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, middleware like <br/>KingswaySoft or Zapier).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in workflow automation, lead lifecycle management, and data</p><p>modeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or TypeScript for CRM customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with data migration, ETL, and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines and CI/CD<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of model-driven app development<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Information Technology or Bsc Computer Science Degree</p><p><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant<br/> Associate.</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with marketing automation tools Dynamics 365 Marketing.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Background in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, or customer journey <br/>mapping.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
