Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  2. Extensive experience in the MS Dynamics
  3. Supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
  4. Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications
  5. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
  6. Work flexibly and imaginatively in a changing and evolving project environment.
  7. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.

  8. Work to continuously improve the CRM operating environments, both on-premises and cloud.
  9. Assist with maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the CRM Environment.

    This includes monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents and problems
  10. Provide direction, instruction and guidance to the Power Platform & CRM user base
  11. Work across all functional areas of the organisation to identify how D365/CRM can add value.
  12. Support and maintain process automations and Power Apps to drive efficiency in business processes

Technologies

  1. Microsoft Power Platform (certified)
  2. Dynamics 365 (certified)
  3. SQL
  4. FetchXML
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  6. Knowledge of Dataverse
  7. Experience with of CRM systems
  8. Understanding of how data flows between different CRM systems
