Our offices are located in India, Malaysia, and the USA.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Provide L1 & L2 Production Support for Microsoft D365 Project Operations<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot & resolve issues within Microsoft Project Operations CRM modules<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle incident management and ensure timely ticket resolution<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business Required :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of CRM modules & workflows<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with troubleshooting & incident management<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of MS Power Platform (added advantage)<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication & problem-solving :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM Support / Development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Microsoft D365 Project Operations is mandatory.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
