Primary Skills (Must-Have)

Experience: 4+ years in Technical CRM

D365 Expertise: Strong background as a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations

CRM/XRM Experience: Worked with different versions of CRM/XRM

Project Lifecycle: Successfully executed 2-3 full-cycle implementations

Customization & Configuration: Deep knowledge of D365 customization, configuration, and technical issue resolution

Development & Coding: Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript

Agile Experience: Proven ability to deliver within tight timelines in an agile development environment

Cloud & On-Premises: Experience in on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations

Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, and PowerBI

Integration: Hands-on experience integrating third-party applications

Certification: Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365

DevOps & Version Control: Sound expertise in DevOps, Git, and Jira

Business Applications: Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs

Customer-Facing Role: Strong analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders


Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

✔️ Process Automation: Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI reports

✔️ Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, and ClickDimensions
