You will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology in Cyber Securitys Identity Access Management space.</p><br/><p><b>About the Role:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IAM Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Cross Identity (CI), our Converged Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, for customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in the Identity and Access Management domain.<br/><br/>The IAM Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.</p><br/><p><b>Key Planning and Execution:</b><br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Cross Identity IAM solutions for global customers.<br/><br/>- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget tracking.<br/><br/>- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.</p><br/><p><b>Stakeholder Management:</b><br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.</p><br/><p><b>Team Leadership and Collaboration:</b><br/><br/>- Lead cross-functional project teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and support staff.<br/><br/>- Assign responsibilities, set performance expectations, and monitor team progress to ensure project goals are achieved.<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.</p><br/><p><b>Risk Management and Issue Resolution:</b><br/><br/>- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.<br/><br/>- Proactively address project issues, escalate critical concerns when necessary, and drive timely resolutions.</p><br/><p><b>Customer Focus:</b><br/><br/>- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions that meet customer needs.<br/><br/>- Manage customer expectations effectively and address concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.</p><br/><p><b>Reporting and Documentation:</b><br/><br/>- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and lessons learned.<br/><br/>- Maintain detailed project documentation to support project audits and knowledge Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.<br/><br/>- Experience: 6 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in IAM or related IT security projects.<br/><br/>- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
