Technologies.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the engineering teams with a focus on backend development excellence, scalability, and performance.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, implement, and scale :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor engineering teams, enforcing best practices in backend development and system architecture.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of backend system design with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product, design, and frontend teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- documentation, and deployment workflows.<br/><br/><b>System Architecture & Design :</b><br/><br/>- Design scalable and high-performance backend systems with an emphasis on reliability and Utilize modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc., along with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect efficient, secure, and cost-effective solutions for complex technical and business challenges.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the adoption and evolution of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.<br/><br/><b>Team Building & Management :</b><br/><br/>- Hire, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent to support company growth.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build a strong engineering culture centered around collaboration, learning, and innovation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentorship to Management :</b><br/><br/>- Partner with executive leadership to align engineering efforts with company vision and strategic plans.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Communicate complex technical topics effectively to non-technical stakeholders.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Foster seamless collaboration across engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure cohesive delivery.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of proven experience in backend engineering, including substantial experience in a leadership or managerial role.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend architectures.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience working with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and RESTful API design.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of managing and growing engineering teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical technical decisions under pressure.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automating backend development workflows.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software engineering
