<p><p><b>Company Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Cubastion Consulting is a specialized and focused CRM consultancy headquartered in New Delhi, India.<br/><br/>Serving clients across various sectors including Automotive, Consumer Durable, Financial Services, Communication, and Telematics, Cubastion operates in India, the US, the Middle East, and Japan.<br/><br/>With a strong foundation in integrity, talent, and commitment, Cubastion offers Oracle Siebel CRM and its ancillaries' implementation, upgrades, managed services, and training.<br/><br/>Our CRM consulting services assist customers in process definition and technology road mapping to align with evolving customer needs.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Role Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Dot Net Solution Architect located in Gurgaon.<br/><br/>The Dot Net Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architecture, consulting with clients, developing software solutions, integrating various systems, and optimizing business processes.<br/><br/>Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration of different technologies, and providing expert guidance on best practices and technologies.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and implement end-to-end architecture solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices for software design, integration, and delivery.<br/><br/>- Drive digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy applications and aligning IT with strategic business goals.<br/><br/>- Design cloud-native solutions, and lead cloud migration and optimization strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.<br/><br/>- Define and implement microservices architectures, distributed systems, and high-availability infrastructures.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.<br/><br/>- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain, into business solutions where applicable.<br/><br/>- Drive the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and seamless deployments in collaboration with SRE teams.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards including GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.<br/><br/>- Promote architectural governance by maintaining up-to-date documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows.<br/><br/>- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies across technical projects.<br/><br/>- Lead technology evaluations and vendor assessments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.<br/><br/>- Engage in large-scale government and public sector projects, ensuring delivery of secure, compliant, and citizen-centric solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, enterprise application design, and digital transformation projects.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale projects involving microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.<br/><br/>- Strong development and architectural background in .NET and PHP, with experience in modernizing and scaling enterprise applications.<br/><br/>- Expertise in cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).<br/><br/>- Strong command over DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- In-depth understanding of security protocols, compliance frameworks, and risk management.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in preparing and presenting technical documentation and architectural artifacts.<br/><br/>- Open to working on government and public sector projects, with focus on scalable and compliant digital solutions.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
