<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><br/>Job Title : Tech Lead - AMS (Application Managed Services).<br/><br/>Experience Required : 4+ Years.<br/><br/>Department : Salesforce Practice / AMS.<br/><br/>Employment Type : Full-time.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><br/>We are looking for a Tech Lead - AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will lead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvements and support for existing Salesforce implementations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and enhancements.<br/><br/>- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and propose scalable technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.<br/><br/>- Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platform optimization.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts for successful project delivery.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.<br/><br/>- Participate in change management and release activities following best practices.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/>- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.<br/><br/>- Strong functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and API Integrations.<br/><br/>- Experience with AMS support models (incident, problem, and change management).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tools, and release management processes.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, or specific Cloud certifications) preferred.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b></p><p><br/>- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or third-party integrations.<br/><br/>- Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems for AMS operations.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL processes.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b></p><p><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
