Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React Native.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A B Tech is required.B Tech
