Key Responsibilities

·       Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.

·       Make outbound calls to clients as and when required for follow-ups, confirmations, and relationship management.

·       Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.

·       Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.

·       Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

·       Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.

·       Support in post-conference communication and feedback collection.

·       Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality standards.



Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·       Freshers and candidates with prior customer service or tele calling experience are welcome.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

·       Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

·       Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Basic proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
