<p>Responsibility :<br/><br/> We endeavour to guide sustainable transformation in business and society at large, with the vision to shape a more balanced planet for the coming generations.<br/><br/>- Technology integration : Our purpose is to integrate consulting & technology.<br/><br/>- This gives our talent a unique multidisciplinary experience.<br/><br/>- Our cloud delivery model envisages talent to work across national boundaries remotely and seamlessly.<br/><br/> We believe that both our clients and our people benefit from our truly global approach.<br/><br/>Role : Cyber Security Consulting Manager </p><p><br/></p><p>Position Overview : <br/><br/>The Cyber Security Consulting Manager leads client engagements to assess, design, and implement robust cyber security strategies.<br/><br/> This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and consulting skills, ensuring clients' digital assets are protected, compliance requirements are met, andbusiness risks are minimized.<br/><br/> The Manager is responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-evolving threat landscape.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead and manage multiple client cyber security engagements from assessment through to solution delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.<br/><br/>- Develop and oversee the implementation of tailored cyber security strategies for clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk profiles.<br/><br/>- Conduct and supervise comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security architecture reviews; translate findings into actionable recommendations and remediation plans.<br/><br/>- Advise clients on cyber governance standards and frameworks, including PCI DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, Data Privacy (GDPR, DPDP, etc.
), and other relevant regulations.<br/><br/>- Provide expert guidance to clients' executive and technical teams on emerging threats, <br/><br/>regulatory changes, and industry best practices; act as a trusted advisor for cyber security matters.<br/><br/>- Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and frameworks (e., ISO 27001, NIST), ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of cyber security consultants and analysts, fostering professional growth, knowledge sharing, and high performance.<br/><br/>- Manage stakeholder communication, including regular reporting to client leadership on security posture, risk exposure, and incident outcomes.<br/><br/>- Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new consulting opportunities.<br/><br/>Required Skills and Qualifications :<br/><br/>- 6 to 10 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years in a consulting or managerial role.<br/><br/>- Proven track record managing complex security projects and leading technical teams.<br/><br/>- Expertise in risk management, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and security architecture design.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e., ISO 27001, NIST,GDPR).<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business terms.<br/><br/>- Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.<br/><br/>- Relevant certifications (e., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH) are highly desirable<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
