Job Summary: Vehere is seeking a Cybersecurity Trainer to design, develop, and deliver world-class training for our customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will play a key role in enabling users to master Vehere’s Network Detection & Response (NDR) and National Security Intelligence platforms, helping them apply advanced cybersecurity concepts to real-world detection, investigation, and counter-terrorism scenarios.This role bridges technical depth and instructional design — ideal for a security professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and making complex technologies easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery
- Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for Vehere products, including Enterprise NDR and Intelligence Analytics platforms.
- Build practical, hands-on labs demonstrating real-world workflows — for example, packet capture analysis, TLS decryption, behavioral analytics, AI-driven threat scoring, and lawful interception use cases.
- Develop modular learning paths for varied audiences: new hires, analysts, support engineers, field SEs, partners, and customer administrators.
Curriculum & Certification
- Create high-impact courseware: presentations, exercises, guides, and assessments.
- Contribute to the development of Vehere’s certification program for internal and customer enablement.
- Continuously update materials to reflect evolving product features, UI changes, and threat landscape updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to stay aligned on roadmap changes and integrate new product capabilities into the training curriculum.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to provide technical training that supports go-to-market success.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to identify knowledge gaps and address them through targeted training content.
Performance & Improvement
- Gather learner feedback and analytics to assess training effectiveness.
- Proactively improve delivery methods and content based on results and field experience.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001), and adversary tradecraft to ensure content relevance
- Adhere to high quality work standards
- Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network analysis, or SOC operations.
- 2+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or education.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals: TCP/IP, intrusion detection, SIEM/NDR/SOAR workflows, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to teach both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing course materials and delivering live technical training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Vehere-relevant technologies
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content creation tools.
- Prior exposure to enterprise or government cybersecurity programs.
