thrive.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b></p><p></p><p><br/></p>A Cloud Ops Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure the availability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.<br/><br/>This includes monitoring environments, automating tasks, managing resources, and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations and support business continuity.<br/><br/>Reporting to the Cloud Ops Leader, the employee will contribute meaningfully to cloud architecture initiatives by adhering to established pillars and best practices.<br/><br/>The role requires technical leadership, a strong attention to quality and detail, and a solid understanding of cloud operations best practices.<br/><br/>In collaboration with other team members, the incumbent will work on challenging projects involving advanced cloud technology stacks.<br/><br/>They will participate in the design, analysis, and deployment of state-of-the-art web applications.<br/><br/>- Oversee day-to-day operations of platforms on Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and optimal performance.<br/><br/>- Lead incident response efforts, analyze incidents and implement preventive measures on Azure cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track system performance, identify issues, and resolve incidents quickly.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform improvements and new features.<br/><br/>- Look for innovation, analyzing our cloud environment to identify performance improvements, best practices and cost savings.<br/><br/>- Support development and infrastructure teams to maintain the best practices on cloud.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of failures.<br/><br/>- Participate and provide guidance for cloud migrations.<br/><br/>- Assist in ensuring platform compliance with security policies and industry regulations.<br/><br/><b>Key Duties :</b><p></p><p></p><p><br/></p>- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (Azure,).<br/><br/>- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud systems.<br/><br/>- Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster planning.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot cloud services and optimize resource usage.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with IT and security teams to define cloud strategies.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><p></p><p></p><p><br/></p>- College or bachelor's degree in computer science or computer Engineering.<br/><br/>- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Cloud Ops.<br/><br/>- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.<br/><br/>- Technical leadership.<br/><br/><b>Required technical skills :</b><br/><p></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in Azure cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Experience with Azure DevOps version control and CI/CD Pipelines.<br/><br/>- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).<br/><br/>- Experience with monitoring tools, scripting, and automation (Grafana, Azure Monitor).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of networking, identity management, and cost optimization.<br/><br/><b>Good to have technical skills :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in Azure cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Bicep file for IaC.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of firewall rules.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL).<br/><br/>- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR).<br/><br/>- Migration Experience on-prem to cloud, and large-scale resource migrations.<br/><br/>- Cost Management Tools : Azure Cost Management, Cloud Health.<br/><br/><b>Required qualities :</b></p><br/>- Methodological and
