With access to top mentors, excellent learning resources, and a flexible and autonomous working environment, youll have everything you need to thrive.</p><br/>Make it amazingtake your career to the next level with Cyncly in Kochi!<br/><br/><b>Key Position Responsibilities Include :</b><br/><br/>Designing, planning, and delivering software projects within FDSs suite of Delphi solutions, including :</p><p><br/>- Analyzing customer needs and creating functional specifications and job proposals.</p><p><br/>- Leading Proof of Concept investigations to inform large scale technical projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Overseeing handovers of projects to CS team including organizing required support documentation to aid deployment to production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reverse engineer Legacy Delphi Applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Leading knowledge regains initiatives, generating technical documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Creating and delivering modernization projects to update to latest Delphi versions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Sourcing updated or replacement 3rd party components, integrating into new code bases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promoting a Quality Led development environment, ensuring full test coverage of new functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leading Software Projects, including managing the distribution of work items to more junior team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate new technologies for use within FDS products and introduce them to the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Writing scalable/testable code within FDSs Delphi solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentoring junior developers, including educating on best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leading critical issue investigations and resolutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Developing/Maintaining high levels of domain knowledge of FDS products and tech stack.<br/><br/></p><p>- Driving the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for FDS systems and products, including document Skills :</b></p><p><br/>- Expert level knowledge of Delphi.</p><br/></p><p>- Ability to write clean, well structured, highly performant, code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Firebird & SQL Server Databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency using RADStudiIDE, including Delphi modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of full SDLC discovery process covering Requirement Gathering, Analysis, and Task Breakdown creating/maintaining unit, integration, and performance test suites source control tools including Git.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience of the following advantages :</p><p><br/></p><p>1.

Mobile Delphi.</p><p><br/></p><p>2.

AI tools to aid development are an advantage.</p><p><br/></p><p>3.

Azure DevOps and pipelines are an advantage agile development process (Scrum/Kanban) an asset.<br/><br/></p><p>4.

Fluent in written and spoken English.<br/><br/></p><p>5.
