<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>This position is for IT Helpdesk technician.<br/><br/>One would be required to work in Shifts 24 x 5.<br/><br/>Knowledge of Manage Engine tool is mandate to work on Request raised.<br/><br/>Resource should have 8+ years of experience in IT operations.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment.<br/><br/>- Install and support PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware and software.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with HR for Resource Address, Contact # for Asset Shipment / Return.<br/><br/>- Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors, and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.<br/><br/>- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back-out instructions.<br/><br/>- New accounts setup and the active directory administration.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues through the helpdesk ticketing system.<br/><br/>- Help and support onboard off-board employees equipment requirement, send and return.<br/><br/>- Help and support office employees daily issues on laptops, software, WebEx meeting, Teams meeting, conference room meeting, printers, and IP Phones.<br/><br/>- Provide Status in daily standup meeting,.<br/><br/>- Follow up on Open Request in Queue.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/><b>QUALIFICATIONS :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.<br/><br/>- Overall 8 + years of IT Support /operation experience and 3 to 4 years experience supporting Office 365.<br/><br/>- Experience supporting global internal customers.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow or equivalent experience.<br/><br/>- Experience in set up of desktop computers using Microsoft Intune a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience supporting global internal customers.<br/><br/>- ServiceNow or equivalent experience.<br/><br/>- Experience in set up of desktop computers using Microsoft Intune a plus.<br/><br/>Required to work in Shifts 24 x 5.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
