What Youll Be Doing : - End-to-End Lifecycle Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services, ensuring optimal performance and timely refreshes. - Modernization Planning : Develop and execute equipment refresh strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies. - Process Optimization : Continuously improve lifecycle workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support automation initiatives. - Vendor Collaboration : Engage with external partners to procure, negotiate, and manage equipment and service contracts. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with network engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and support. - Knowledge Sharing : Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases to foster team learning and operational excellence. You Should Bring : - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on lifecycle management. - Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and monitoring tools. - Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and vendor management practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - A mindset geared toward growth, collaboration, and innovation. - Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation and other relevant network or IT credentials.
