Your work profileAs a Consultant in our Success Factors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Position: Data Analyst Experience: 3–5 YearsDomain: Digital Government Location: Puducherry Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making.

Prior experience with government or public sector projects will be considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present insights clearly to stakeholders.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategy and operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across systems.Support predictive and prescriptive analytics by applying statistical techniques.Automate data processing and reporting tasks using scripts or tools.Document methodologies, findings, and maintain a data knowledge base.Required Skills & QualificationsB.

A Only3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.Strong skills in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases.Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, etc.).Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).Knowledge of statistical methods and tools (Python/R, Num Py, Pandas, Sci Py, etc.).Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Good to HavePrior experience working with government or public sector datasets/projects.Knowledge of open data platforms, data governance, and compliance standards.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google Big Query).Exposure to machine learning basics for advanced analytics.Relevant certifications (Microsoft Data Analyst, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, etc.).Location and way of workingLocation: Puducherry (Work from Office – 5 days)Your role as a ConsultantWe expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients, our people, and for society.
