<p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Create and maintain metrics and reports to monitor the business and provide insight, Identify and drive opportunities to continuously improve within all applications.<br/><br/>- Remedy system issues and prioritise system enhancements and detect fixes.<br/><br/>- Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions<br/><br/>- Optimize performance of Planning Analytics applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise<br/><br/>- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Planning Analytics tools<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in IBM Planning Analytics<br/><br/>- Design and execute real-world evidence studies using diverse data sources such as claims, EHR, and patient surveys to evaluate the value of medical interventions<br/><br/>- Conduct advanced statistical and econometric analyses to support health outcomes research and inform healthcare decision-making<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop research protocols, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables<br/><br/>- Contribute to scientific dissemination through manuscripts, abstracts, and conference presentations, supporting the generation of peer-reviewed publications<br/><br/>- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
